Covington & Burling announced Monday that it has secured the addition of antitrust lawyer Andrea Zulli to its competition practice in Brussels.
According to reports, Zulli will join the firm as a crucial addition to its EU competition practice, and his work will focus to the life sciences industry. His experience includes mergers, cartels, abuse of dominance, antitrust compliance and other competition matters, particularly in cases within Italy.
In a statement, the head of Covington & Burling’s EU competition practice Johan Ysewyn described Zulli as an “obvious fit” to the firm.
The lawyer will join Covington & Burling from Norton Rose Fullbright in Milan, where he served as partner and head of the firm’s Italian and EU competition law unit.
