Former Mayer Brown antitrust partner joins Baker & Hostetler

Jonathan Lewis, a former partner with Mayer Brown’s antitrust and competition practice, has joined Baker & Hostetler’s DC office. Lewis points to the opportunity to work with Robert Abrams, who chairs Baker & Hostetler’s national antitrust practice, and the chance to expand his experience beyond litigation to transactional work as reasons for his move.
