Former US FTC Chair Joins Brunswick

    Terry has had a distinguished career across law, government and academia. He was, until recently, Of Counsel at Freshfields. He has held leadership roles in competition law enforcement serving first as Commissioner of the US Federal Trade Commission and later as a member of the governing board of the Irish Competition Authority where he held the criminal cartel and mergers portfolios. Earlier in his career he was a partner at a law firm specializing in antitrust and competition law. He has worked on some of the largest, cross-border transactions and has advised on many civil and criminal investigations across industries.
