He has worked on some of the largest, cross-border transactions and has advised on many civil and criminal investigations across industries.
Chief Executive Officer, Neal Wolin said, “Terry is an important addition to our global competition and antitrust team. His deep expertise in US and international antitrust enforcement is widely recognized and will meaningfully enhance our capabilities and be of significant value to our clients in the US and elsewhere.”
On joining the firm, Terry Calvani said, “In an increasingly unpredictable regulatory environment, it is crucial to be able to help clients navigate to good outcomes in an integrated way across the key jurisdiction of the US, Europe and China. I am delighted to join the Brunswick team.”
