France/Brazil: Latest insurance buyout deal ink

France-based insurance firm CNP Assurances announced plans to acquire Brazil-based peer Tempo Dental, a deal inked for $56.65 million and one that will push CNP in a new market.

    The Brazilian dental insurance firm also confirmed the deal, noting that Brazil regulator CADE must sign-off on the deal, as do Tempo Dental’s insurance supervisors.
