Germany: Luther strengthens its antitrust practice in Munich

Dr Sebastian Janka moved from Noerr to Luther on July 1, 2019, as a Partner and will head up the Munich antitrust team. With this move, Luther is createding a third location for the firm’s antitrust practice.

    Dr Sebastian Janka, focuses on all aspects of German and European antitrust law, in particular, national and international transactional antitrust law, as well as antitrust proceedings, dawn raids, compliance, and internal investigations.
