Global Manufacturing faces CNC for setting minimum prices

The Comisión Nacional de la Competencia (CNC) has opened formal proceedings against Global Manufacturing for possible anticompetitive conduct. Grafenolight filed a complaint with the CNC, alleging that Global Manufacturing was engaging in resale price maintenance and restricting distributors’ ability to offer discounts and other promotions.
