International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (IAG) has offered concessions to resolve competition concerns over its bid for Lufthansa’s BMI unit. The European Commission has extended its deadline to March 30 so that it may review the remdies IAG proposes. No details are yet available on the terms of the concessions.
