India: CCI concludes Intel probe, results not released

While the Competition Commission of India has concluded its probe of tech conglomerate Intel over allegations the company abused its dominant position in the market, the findings of the regulator’s report have not been revealed. Reports say the CCI has submitted its report to the country’s Director General for review and will determine whether Intel did, in fact, violate competition law. Intel is accused of anticompetitive behavior in the form of “restrictive trade practices.”
