La empresa israelí de computación en la nube CloudEndure fue adquirida por Amazon Web Services (AWS), informó Reuters. El acuerdo se calcula por un valor de US$200- $ 250 millones.
“CloudEndure es ahora una empresa de servicios web de Amazon”, anunció la empresa en su sitio web.
“CloudEndure es ahora una empresa de AWS. “Esta adquisición amplía nuestra capacidad para ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y flexibles de migración, recuperación de desastres y respaldo”, afirmó. A principios de esta semana, el periódico israelí Haaretz informó que Amazon estaba buscando comprar CloudEndure por US $ 200 millones.
