Romania: Four charged for gas connection contract bid-rigging

Four Romanian companies have been fined by the Romanian Competition Council for €5.6 million for bid-rigging. The charges come from two bids from Transgaz between 2009 and 2011 for gas connection contracts. Condmag Brasov, Inspet Ploiesti, Moldocor Piatra Neamt and T.M.U.C.B. have all been fined.
