The New Zealand Commerce Commission has appointed Dr. Stephen Gale as the new Telecommunications Commissioner. Since July 2010, Dr. Gale was an Associate Commissioner at the Commerce Commission, and joined the Telecommunications division in February of this year. He replaces Dr. Ross Patterson.
