Televisa and Iusacell notify CFC that both accept conditions

Televisa and Iusacell have officially notified Mexico’s antitrust regulator, the Federal Competition Commission, that they have both agreed to the watchdog’s conditions. Acceptance of the conditions clears the path for Televisa to acquire half of Iusacell for $1.6 billion. Televisa was first to accept, with Iusacell’s acceptance coming the next day.
