UK: OFT clears publishing merger for Oxford U

The Oxford University Press has been granted approval from the Office of Fair Trading to acquire Nelson Thornes Ltd.; the regulator will not refer the deal to the Competition Commission. CPI will report on the full details of the case when the OFT releases its decision.
