Ukraine: Regs to allow construction developer buyout

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has reportedly cleared construction giant Epicenter to acquire private jock-stock firm Kalvivka logistic center, reports say.

According to reports, the clearance was given last Tuesday.

Epicenter is developing a hypermarket construction chain in the nation; the construction firm is acquiring Kalynivka, which leases property.
