Patrick Bradford, formerly a litigation partner with the US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, has joined the partnership of Pierce Bainbridge Price & Hecht in its New York office. Mr. Bradford is a complex commercial litigator who practiced at Davis Polk for almost twenty years and was the first African-American at the firm to be elected as an equity partner in the firm’s then 149-year history. His specialty areas include antitrust, securities enforcement, corporate investigations, and international Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
