Law firm Crowell & Moring LLP announced Wednesday that partner Katherine I. Funk will join the firm’s Antitrust group in Washington, D.C., according to a press release.
Funk, who served as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, will also join the firm’s health care group. She will join Crowell & Moring from Baker & McKenzie, where she served as co-chair of the firm’s North America Antitrust & Competition group.
According to the press release, Funk carries more than two decades of experience with a focus on antitrust litigation and counseling. Among her notable cases includes advising economic issues regarding the Affordable Care Act.
