US: Dentons finalizes McKenna merger

    The merged firm, which will be known in the U.S. as Dentons US LLP, will feature approximately 6,600 lawyers and professionals worldwide and serve clients from more than 125 locations.

    San Diego will be home of one of the firm’s U.S. offices, as McKenna previously had an office here.

    The two firms previously said San Diego is one location where Dentons will have a substantial intellectual property practice.

    This is the second merger for McKenna in recent years.
