 |  September 27, 2016

Oracle announced on Monday that it received the final antitrust clearance approval needed for the acquisition of NetSuite Inc. from the U.S. Department of Justice.

The company stated that the all-cash tender offer for NetSuite at $109.00 per share, set to expire on October 6, 2016, will proceed as planned assuming the minimum required number of shares are tendered.

In July 2016, Oracle agreed to acquire NetSuite, the very first cloud company in a deal valued at approximately $9.3 billion.
