    Three circuit judges on the 9th US Circuit Courtof Appeals agreed with a prior court ruling that found insufficient evidence against Honeywell attempting to monopolize the availability of parts, specifically auxiliary power units, according to The Arizona Republic.

    Aerotec International, which provides maintenance and repair services on commercial-aircraft power systems made by Honeywell and employs approximately 100 people, brought on the antitrust battle.

    Honeywell has about 9,500 employees in the Valley working at Phoenix-based Honeywell Aerospace with about a $1 billion total payroll at 12 facilities across Arizona, but its workforce has shrunk from 20,000 in the past 15 years.
