Drinker Biddle & Reath announced the addition of partner Paul J. Riehle to its Litigation Group. He will be based in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Riehle is an experienced litigator who has handled antitrust, RICO, and other complex litigation for more than 30 years, and has extensive experience opposing certification of classes brought by businesses and consumers. He also provides antitrust advice and counseling on pricing matters, regarding mergers and acquisitions, and for trade and standard setting organizations.
“Paul’s significant antitrust and class action experience and history of working closely with our attorneys make him an excellent addition to the firm,” said Andrew C. Kassner, chairman and CEO of Drinker Biddle. “He is well known in the California legal community and a leader in the antitrust bar, and his extensive experience in both complex state and federal court litigation will support our clients in national cases as well as regional disputes.”
