Law firm Proskauer announced a new addition to boost its antitrust practice in Washington, D.C.
The firm announced Thursday that Christopher E. Ondeck will serve as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Group, as well as Partner in Proskauer’s Litigation Department.
According to a press release, Ondeck’s experience spreads across various industries, including mergers and acquisitions within the telecommunications, financial services, energy, agriculture and aerospace markets.
Among his more well-known cases includes advising United Technologies Corporation in its acquisition of Goodrich Corp., the largest merger ever in the aerospace industry topping $18.4 billion.
Ondeck will join Proskauer’s Helene D. Jaffe, the head of the firm’s antitrust group. Ondeck previously served as co-Chair of the Trade Association Group and Vice-Chair of the Antitrust Group at Crowell & Moring LLP.
