The law offices of Thompson Hines LLP has promoted Matthew David Ridings to the position of partner in its announced promotions this month. Mr. Ridings is a member of the Antitrust, Competition & Distribution practice based out of Cleveland, Ohio.He has focused his practice on antitrust law, anticorruption and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, white collar criminal defense and government and internal investigations. He has also drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts.
His move to partnership was effective January 1 along with seven other new partners in five specialties: employee benefits and executive compensation, intellectual property, business litigation, corporate transactions and securities and construction.
