Constantine Cannon ANNOUNCED that Ethan E. Litwin, a leading antitrust attorney, has joined the firm’s antitrust practice as a partner in its New York office.
Mr. Litwin has a broad antitrust practice, encompassing both civil and criminal antitrust, representing domestic and international clients from Europe and Asia. His practice ranges from complex litigation and the defense and prosecution of class actions to the representation of merging parties before antitrust agencies around the world, internal investigations, and antitrust counseling.
Litwin has represented clients before state and federal antitrust agencies, and leniency applicants in price-fixing cases. He has prosecuted monopolization claims on behalf of smaller industry competitors. He has also designed compliance programs for a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies from around the world. In connection with his compliance work, Mr. Litwin has led internal criminal and civil investigations for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
