Wading through waste management: CNC investigates potential anticompetitive practices

Spain’s antitrust authority, Comisión Nacional de la Competencia (CNC), inspected several waste management companies as part of an ongoing investigation of possible price-fixing, market-sharing agreements, and concerted action in the sector.
