 |  October 7, 2012

The National Planning Commission of Namibia (NPC), plays the crucial role of the nation’s planner, ensuring competitiveness under its national development plans. With help from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the NPC works towards micro-economic stability, consistent with macro-economic stability, fostered by the Ministry of Finance and its statutory bodies such as Bank of Namibia. The NPC works with several regulators such as the Tourism Board, Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, Electricity Control Board, Namibian Standards Institute, and the Anti-Corruption Commission, ensuring competitive markets in each sector.
