“I am thrilled to join BRG and contribute to its dynamic and growing competition and litigation practice,” Palomino said in the statement. “The firm’s commitment to rigorous economic analysis and its collaborative culture make it an ideal platform to expand my practice and serve clients across France and Europe.”

Kai-Uwe Kühn, a managing director at BRG, highlighted that Palomino’s appointment adds further strength to the firm’s European economics team, noting that his broad understanding of incentives, finance and competition policy enhances BRG’s ability to handle increasingly sophisticated matters.

According to a statement from David Sunding, BRG’s vice chair and co-lead of the Antitrust & Competition practice, Palomino’s arrival aligns with the firm’s strategy of measured growth in Europe. Sunding added that his expertise complements BRG’s work in arbitration, financial disputes and regulatory cases, helping the firm deliver integrated support for clients facing cross-border challenges.

BRG, which is headquartered in the United States, first introduced its Antitrust & Competition practice in France roughly two years ago.
