EC drops GlaxoSmithKline probe

The European Commission dropped a probe into GlaxoSmithKline after Synthon withdrew its complaint, spokesperson Antoine Colombani said on March 2. The Commission had investigated possible abuses of dominance and pay-for-delay settlements.
