Baker Botts’ industry leading Antitrust practice announced that Dr. Leigh Hancher has joined the Brussels office as a Senior Advisor.
Leigh is a leading expert in EU energy regulatory law and European state aid. Over the past three decades, she has worked extensively advising clients and regulatory bodies on energy law and policy issues as well as advising on a wide range of state aid matters. She has authored and edited several books on EU regulation and state aid including the leading work on EU State Aid (now in 5th edition), State Aid and the Energy Sector, EC Competition Law and Energy Markets and Capacity Mechanisms in the EU Energy Market.
