Mauricette Schaufeli joined NautaDutilh’s competition team on April 15, 2019 as partner. In her new role, Ms. Schaufeli—who is an economist as well as a lawyer—will be advising clients on EU and national competition law matters in all market sectors. Before joining NautaDutilh, Ms. Schaufeli served as competition economist at PwC Netherlands where she advised on wide-ranging competition matters, including merger control, antitrust, and State Aid. Ms. Schaufeli started her career at another leading law firm, where she gained broad experience in European and Dutch competition law.
“We are very happy that Mauricette will be joining NautaDutilh,” says Petra Zijp, NautaDutilh board member. “We are convinced that with her economic and legal background and experience Mauricette is perfectly suited to further strengthen the competition team as well as the firm as a whole. We wish Mauricette all the best in her new role.”
