Juliette Théry Schultz, until now Deputy General Rapporteur at the Autorité de la concurrence, has been appointed Chief of the Legal Service at the Autorité. She will take up her position at the end of April.
She succeeds Henri Génin, previously Hearing advisor at the Autorité de la concurrence, then Chief of the Legal Service for 5 years. He joins the Versailles Court of Appeal (Cour d’appel de Versailles) as General Counsel. The Autorité welcomes his rigour, his exemplary professionalism and thank him for the quality of the work he accomplished.
