MyCC invites public comment on draft Guidelines on Abuse of Dominant Position

MyCC has made its latest draft Guidelines on Abuse of Dominant Position available for public comment. Abuse of dominance, next to anti-competitive agreements, is a top offense under Malaysia’s Competition Act 2010. Comments will be accepted through June 14, 2012.
