Trial date set for UBS bid-rigging case

Former UBS employees Peter Ghavami, Gary Heinz, and Michael Welty will go on trial for a municipal bond bid-rigging case. The three have pleaded guilty to a conspiracy involving more than 200 deals across the country.

    The trial date is scheduled for July 9 and was set by U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood.
