India-based Financial Inclusion Network & Operations (FINO) acquired Nokia Mobile Payment Services’ prepaid mobile payments business for an undisclosed price, The Paypers reports.
Upon completion of the transaction, FINO will rebrand the service, “Takatak Money.” Today FINO serves roughly 42 million consumers in India, the report says.
