B2B Tech Startup REFPipeline Launches Subscription Service for Referrals

Business-to-business (B2B) digital referral network REFPipeline launched a subscription service offering data-driven referrals for the real estate industry and businesses related to that sector, according to a press release on Thursday (Jan. 6).

Founded by Ellen and Richard Lippman in 2017, the startup focuses on the real estate space and is open to all digital and brick-and-mortar businesses that support that wide-open industry. The REFPipeline platform uses patent-pending artificial intelligence (AI) technology bolstered by an algorithm-based ecosystem.

“We designed REFPipeline to create a practical, cost-effective way for real estate and support communities to seamlessly transfer warm referrals to one another in real-time,” Lippman said. “This tech-driven solution also eliminates the randomness and inefficiency from one of the most important processes that drives business.”

The company’s Earn.Learn.Save. program is open to community members and offers on-demand referrals, video educational tools and discounts totaling more than $4,500 from local retailers, restaurants, and more.

REFPipeline’s A.I.-driven community strives to connect the real estate space and its support businesses, which is an industry that is very segmented. The company aims to “foster and facilitate warm referral exchange to benefit both individual members and its entire community,” according to the release.

“Technology has impacted every single facet of our daily lives, both personal and business. In business, the referral makes up for over 50% of transactions today, with closing rates over 85%,” according to the company’s website.

The REFPipeline automatically processes submitted referrals and delivers them to the recipient that is best matched to the right skillset, geographic, and demographic information. The company’s proprietary AI technology ranks members by their referral submissions and tracks and scores each subscriber to boost their rankings for the next referral to be received.
