VS Digital Health (VSDH), a subsidiary of Victory Square Technologies, has rolled out its new white-labeled platform to help out with digital health services, according to a Monday (March 7) press release.

The company said this platform will help power consumer health experiences for various health service providers, ranging from individual practitioners to bigger companies, using a B2B subscription model that comes with an annual rate and revenue sharing.

The pandemic has accelerated the digital shift, per the release, and patients have new needs for more convenient and remote digital health options. As such, healthcare providers need ways to provide seamless and more integrated health care solutions from web portals or mobile apps, or through virtual digital health consultations.

VSDH provides a way for users to book health services for their home, hotel, office or any place they need help, the release said. Additionally, the service will include a virtual pharmacy setup, which will facilitate online ordering, payment and processing.

“VSDH was created to support our own health and wellness verticals with a digital health platform,” Shafin Diamond Tejani, CEO of Victory Square, said in the release. “We could not find a suitable solution already on the market, especially given the technical deficiencies we saw in the available offerings.

“This resulted in the creation of a white-label platform that can be utilized not only by our portfolio companies, but is customizable to suit a wide range of businesses.”

PYMNTS wrote that healthcare has been seeing numerous innovations as of late, including CVS being the first health company to create a store in the metaverse.

The report, citing a filing, said CVS wants to trademark its logo and open the store, which will also include offering downloadable virtual products like “prescription drugs, health, wellness, beauty and personal care products.”

The company wants to add its health services to the virtual setting, including providing “non-emergency medical treatments services, wellness programs, advisory services related to nutrition, health lifestyle and nutrition services … and counseling.”
