Study: Mobile Financial Services Rank Behind Web In Customer Satisfaction

Consumers rank their satisfaction with mobile-based financial services well behind their happiness with comparable online services, according to a ForeSee study.

The study found that a highly satisfied user of a mobile site or app was 62 percent more likely to use the service again and 72 percent more likely to prefer the brand overall than dissatisfied counterparts, reports Mobile Commerce Daily.
