Report: Twitter Preparing IPO

Sources told VentureBeat that social media giant Twitter is preparing an initial public offering (IPO) that could happen by the end of the year, or at the latest, in early 2014.

    The media outlet said Twitter is looking to hire a financial manager and had posted a job offer on LinkedIn for a “financial reporting manager.” This posting has since been removed.
