Spreedly Expands Offerings With Global Support Infrastructure

Spreedly has expanded its offerings for customers, the payments orchestration platform announced Tuesday (Oct. 11).

According to a news release provided to PYMNTS, Spreedly has set up a worldwide support infrastructure that “includes resources deployed across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, as well as offering customers 24x7x365 global support.”

The company said it has also introduced new support tiers to give customers access to a higher, more personal support experience, among them options to add guaranteed response times to meet immediate payments demands.

“Our team is here to protect our customers’ investments in the Spreedly Payments Orchestration platform,” said Daniel Scagnelli, vice president, services and success with Spreedly. “We work with customers to proactively overcome challenges, resolve issues, and make it faster and easier to get answers to questions.”

In June, Spreedly debuted its Network Tokenization for Payments program, powered by Mastercard’s MDES for Merchants (M4M).

The program lets customers choose between network tokens or secure, vaulted primary account number (PAN) tokens, both of which Spreedly can store. This gives merchants the flexibility of network token transactions while allowing ongoing transactions with other payment service providers (PSPs) or acquirers that are developing network token capabilities.
