Fancy Focuses On International Expansion

Fancy is making moves to invest heavily in targeting young shoppers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia: areas the social product discovery network suggests will be central to its future success.

The company announced that it is making its service available in 30 languages, and that its network will be able to automatically detect the right language to display based on users’ device settings.

“Outside of the [United States], there are a bunch of young shoppers on mobile devices who want to shop this way…and we are the only ones doing this,” COO Michael Silverman told the media outlet.

In addition, the Fancy announced it is now shipping products worldwide.
