Bhawna Gulati is a Joint Director (Law) at the Competition Commission of India. She has been working with the CCI since 2012, when she started as a case handler. She has assisted the Commission on many cartel and conduct cases under the provisions of the Competition Act as well as policy aspects relating to competition law. Specific research and interest area include competition issues in digital platform markets.
