Alviere Partners With Coinbase to Bring Crypto Services to Customers

Alviere Turns to Coinbase for Crypto Services

Embedded finance company Alviere is bringing cryptocurrency services to its HIVE platform via a partnership with Coinbase Prime, according to a Thursday (March 24) press release.

“Alviere’s partnership with Coinbase will immediately make crypto available to customers and bring significant value, ease and comfort to companies that want to offer crypto services to their customers but don’t have the expertise or experience to navigate the depth and breadth of the crypto world,” Alviere Co-Founder and CEO Yuval Brisker said in the release.

The partnership will integrate the Coinbase Prime platform and crypto infrastructure with Alviere’s HIVE platform, starting with custody and execution of digital assets, the release stated.

The partnership is set to go live in the U.S. under Alviere’s state-by-state money transmission licenses before expanding internationally and will let users buy, store and sell select digital assets like BTC, ETH, LTC and USDC, according to the release.

“Partnering with Alviere presents another opportunity for Coinbase to achieve its goal to make crypto an increasingly mainstream financial option for individuals, companies and other organizations,” said Guillaume Chatain, who heads institutional sales and introducing brokers at Coinbase, in the release. “The Alviere team’s success developing an embedded finance platform made the company an ideal partner to bring crypto services to traditional brands.”

Alviere said in the release that expects this year to be one of growth and expansion. It plans to offer multicurrency accounts and will serve as an “introducing broker” that can help Coinbase carry out its mission of making crypto mainstream.

Earlier this month, Alveiere announced that AutoPayPlus will be the first automotive industry company to sign on to its suite of services.
