Hoping to spur sales of the Kindle Fire, Amazon is launching a payments option that lets buyers pay their balances off over time, InformationWeek reported on December 16.
Kindle buyers will be allowed to space out their payments over the course of nine months. Two Kindle Fire models currently include this option.
According to InformationWeek, Amazon is offering this service free of charge or interest.
