Flint Raises $2M in Series B Funding

Credit card photo scanner startup Flint Mobile has confirmed $2 million in Series B funding, TechCrunch reported on December 10.

Flint’s mobile payments processing system relies on a phone’s camera rather than its dongle. A new version of its software will allow consumers and merchants to scan cash and checks.

Verizon Investments participated in the round. Flint raised $6 million in Series B funding in October. Last May, the company closed $3 million in Series A funding. To learn more about Flint’s fundraising round, read the full story here.
