    Robert Unger
    Senior Director, Product Management and Corporate Relations, NACHA

    Robert Unger, AAP, is the Senior Director, Product Management and Corporate Relations with NACHA – the Electronic Payments Association. In the product role, Mr. Unger is responsible for Automated Clearing House (ACH) initiatives focused on B2B payments and ISO 20022 support, as well as consumer bill payment. He also leads NACHA’s corporate relations initiative. The purpose is to develop greater awareness of the ACH Network and NACHA in the business community and to consult with companies on ACH Network usage.

    Prior to joining NACHA, Mr. Unger served as Director of Education with Research and Management Systems, a technology firm providing software and management solutions for research, education and eCommerce in government and higher education.

    Mr. Unger has also worked in information systems support and sponsored programs management at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland at Baltimore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in Technology Education.

    Amy Morris
    Senior Director of ACH Network Rules, NACHA

    Amy Morris is a Senior Director of ACH Network Rules at NACHA, where she leads and participates in multiple councils and working groups that address issues in the payments industry and amend or create rules as necessary. In addition to collaborating with industry participants on changes to operating Rules, she also assists in educational activities and provides rule and operational guidance to participants planning for and implementing electronic services-related initiatives. Amy has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialized in electronic payments, previously working at Navy Federal Credit Union, FIS and Visa.
