Human capital management company Paycor has launched Paycor Expense Management, a tool for simplifying expense reimbursements, the company said in a news release Tuesday (May 3).

The tool lets employees upload receipts and enter expense data from their web or mobile devices to provide a more integrated solution. The company said the tool is designed to help reduce the stress of making sure employees are paid on time and in the right amount.

“As companies continue to struggle to keep up with shifting workforce dynamics brought on by the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic and coupled with The Great Resignation, reducing inefficiencies will be key to succeeding,” said Ryan Bergstrom, chief product officer at Paycor. “By streamlining time-consuming and manual HR tasks like expense management, we empower leaders to invest more time and resources into developing their teams.”

The company said the tool lets businesses build policies into the system, such as rules for things like per diem meal caps and the minimum needed to submit a receipt.

In addition, the expense management tool provides “robust reporting,” letting managers track expenses and create reports by category, “so you can see where your money is going and make more informed decisions.”
