B2B Firms Link Services – and Invoices – For FinServ Customers

B2B data analytics firm Ipreo reported Wednesday (Aug. 26) that it would be teaming up with two fellow business service companies in an effort to introduce more sophisticated, streamlined invoicing practices among mutual business clients.

According to Ipreo, the firm has linked up with corporate communications firms Investis and SNL IR Solutions, all three of which work closely with the financial services industry.

Together, the companies will work to allow Ipreo corporate clients to procure services from Investis and SNL IR Solutions. In doing so, business customers will also have a single invoice for all services, a move that Ipreo EVP and Managing Director of Global Sales Paul Hebert said would reduce administrative burdens for the companies.

“Streamlining our clients’ day-to-day workflow and making their lives easier is a core premise of our product and service offering,” Hebert said in a statement. “It’s a natural for us to also simplify their administrative and ‘back office’ functions wherever possible.”

The collaboration will provide financial services companies with Ipreo’s suite of market intelligence tools, including corporate governance, transaction analysis and market research. Ipreo also provides a database of corporate contracts, ownership data, and other business information. Companies that sign on to Ipreo as a client will then have access to the communications and digital technology services offered by Investis and SNL IR Solutions, streamlining services from each company, as well as the bill, to the client.
