Veem Debuts Partner Connect Program for Global AP/AR-as-a-Service

Veem

Business payment service provider Veem on Thursday (Nov. 11) rolled out the Veem Partner Connect program to give partners flexible integration options of its payment offerings.

Providers in the Veem Partner Connect payments ecosystem can use Veem’s platform to give their small- to medium-sized business customers AP/AR, invoicing and payment services for businesses looking to pay and get paid using embedded, configurable solutions that can be co-branded with Veem using a plug-and-play installation procedure.

“SMBs want a comprehensive, easy-to-use banking and payment experience. Businesses want to conduct their entire financial activity on one platform,” said Marwan Forzley, CEO of Veem, in the company announcement. “Veem Partner Connect will help partners embed our payments, AR/AP and invoicing capabilities right into their existing offerings.”

Veem Partner Connect solutions also offer a hosted standalone feature that gives partners full access to Veem’s workflows and payment functionalities through a single sign-on. The program’s APIs allows Veem partners to customize the integration of Partner Connect’s capabilities to their systems and add drop-in components of Veem features, including invoice and payables.

“Fragmented and disjointed banking apps will become a thing of the past as more businesses look to streamline their banking and payments processes on one platform that helps SMB owners organize their finances,” said Bimal Shah, Veem’s head of corporate development.

Last month, Veem got together with Visa on a virtual card program and cross-border money transfers for SMBs, giving Veem’s 400,000-plus users access to digital money movement capabilities through Visa Direct.

Veem customers can now generate and issue virtual Visa payment cards for business payments, including to third-party vendors. The cards will help with reconciliation and digitizing many manual processes when they’re linked to Veem’s suite of spend management services.

The Visa Direct partnership gives Veem customers in the U.S. a way to send money to a bank account or a Visa card in more than 160 currencies.
