Integration and automation provider TradeCentric and business spend management platform Coupa Software are enhancing their collaboration to help businesses discover solutions that optimize their spend and reduce risk.

With this collaboration, TradeCentric is strengthening its presence on the Coupa App Marketplace, a platform that connects businesses with certified solutions for functions across supply chain, procurement and finance, TradeCentric said Tuesday (Oct. 25) in a press release.

“We are dedicated to providing customers a streamlined and integrated B2B commerce experience,” TradeCentric CEO Troy Lynch said in the release. “As a leading procurement solution, Coupa plays an important role in helping us deliver on our goal.”

TradeCentric’s solutions, which help B2B buyers and suppliers connect, automate and scale the way they transact, are certified as part of the CoupaLink Partner Program, which includes software partners that build complementary solutions that easily connect into the Coupa platform, according to the release.

“eProcurement is innovating at a rapid pace, and sophisticated businesses need technology solutions that best support an increasingly digital buying and selling environment,” Roger Goulart, executive vice president of business development and alliances at Coupa, said in the release. “We’re proud to have TradeCentric on the Coupa App Marketplace as it provides our customers access to an automated and integrated purchasing experience that can connect with virtually any leading supplier eCommerce system.”

Coupa exists as a “platform with two communities,” marked by the buyers on one side of the equation and merchant/suppliers on the other side of the equation, Coupa Senior Vice President of Product Strategy Rajiv Ramachandran told PYMNTS in an interview posted in October 2021.

“As we went through this journey it was clear that the customers were looking for one ‘unified experience,’” with visibility from purchase order to invoice, Ramachandran said.
