Elizabeth Warren Looks to Tackle Credit Cards

Elizabeth Warren continues to dominate the headlines two months after the announcement of her special Treasury Department advisory role focused around the launch of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). 

What’s she been saying of late? Credit cards and mortgages are two of the top items on her radar as she continues to lay the groundwork for the CFPB, according the Wall Street Journal. The newspaper also said that Warren has met with local to major banks, consumer advocates, housing professionals and others as part of the agency planning process.
