HSBC Taps Biz2X Platform to Accelerate SMB Credit Approvals

To simplify banking for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United States, HSBC is rolling out a new service with Biz2Credit. The financial institution is harnessing Biz2Credit’s Biz2X Platform as part of the HSBC Fusion program to accelerate the approval of credit applications for SMBs throughout the nation, according to a Thursday (Nov. 12) announcement.

Stimulus Future Still Uncertain After Election

The status of a new stimulus bill is still up in the air as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has again balked at Democrats’ urging for a large stimulus, according to CNN. McConnell said a large amount of money spent on the bill is “not a place I think we’re willing to go.” By contrast, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said the recent election result  proved that they needed to keep fighting for a larger bill.

Salesforce Rolls Out Revenue Cloud to Simplify B2B Functions

Salesforce has rolled out its new Revenue Cloud product, which will work to simplify B2B purchasing for customers, according to a press release. Revenue Cloud, according to the release, will work to bring together CPQ and billing, partner relationships, and B2B commerce capabilities in order to consolidate services and streamline the process overall. Revenue Cloud aims to help with boosting revenue streams through faster monetization strategies, including launching subscription products and adding consumption pricing.

Progress Bank Launches Business Receipt Management from Sensibill

Progress Bank, which serves companies in Alabama and the Florida panhandle, has rolled out Sensibill’s online receipt management offering, with the aim of conserving time, increasing efficiencies and offering a better digital experience for clients, according to a Thursday (Nov. 12) announcement. Business clients of the bank can easily take in and keep receipts from online banking apps by harnessing Sensibill’s artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) infrastructure via the FIS Digital One platform.
